How It Works — Operator Notes

To set a sample, move the sliding table with the hand wheel until the required size reads on the calibrated scale bar and lock it. The red laser line then shows the exact zero-mark reference on the plies, so the fabric edge can be aligned consistently on every cycle.

For thick fabrics, spread the plies flat, keep the selvage parallel to the table guide and cut in a single stroke up to 60 mm. Avoid placing thick seams directly under the blade, as this causes blade chipping.

Maintenance is straightforward: periodic lubrication of the worm gear box, blade replacement when cutting edges round off, and an occasional check of the scale bar calibration. Niruma supplies spare blades, cutter blades and gear box oil.
