The Optical Eyeglass Cleaning Cloth Cutting Machine from Niruma Textile Machinery cuts microfiber and lens cleaning cloths with a zigzag edge that does not fray — the requirement for every cloth packed with spectacles, cameras, screens and optical instruments. Straight-cut edges unravel quickly; a zigzag cut locks the weave and keeps the cloth neat through washing and use.

The machine is built on our proven zigzag cutting platform. A 610 mm cutting knife handles the cloth width, running at 10 strokes per minute with the layer cut in a single stroke. The operator aligns the fabric on a calibrated sliding table with hand lever and stopper, a laser line marking system locates the zero mark reference, and once the green push button is pressed the machine stops automatically after cutting. Photo-electronic sensors on the feeding side protect the operator during the cut.

How It Works — Operator Notes

Stack the cloth layers square on the sliding table and align the first edge against the stop. Use the laser line to set the zero mark so every cut lands at the same position and cloth sizes stay uniform.

Set the stopper to the required cloth size once, then run repeat strokes — the calibrated table guarantees equal, accurate and high production of samples.

After pressing the green push button the machine stops automatically once the cut completes. Keep the photo-electronic sensors on the feeding side clean and unobstructed; they are the operator protection during cutting.
